By using Baezu Systems API services ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides website health checks, DNS diagnostics, SSL/TLS certificate inspection, and HTTP analysis via API. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to check websites you do not have permission to test
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results are provided for informational purposes and may not be completely accurate or current. Checks are performed from a single test location and cannot confirm worldwide availability. You should not rely on the Service as your only means of monitoring or diagnosing a website.

3. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baezu Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure availability for all users. You must not attempt to bypass these limits. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its API, documentation, and all related content are owned by Baezu Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baezu Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Baezu Systems is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
